Our help desk can provide anything from business hours cover to 24 x 7 cover for your networks.  Industry accredited call analysts deal with first line support calls.  Behind these call analysts we have a team of engineers who are able to deal with second and third line enquiries.  All Apex analysts are experts within their own field and have studied to achieve the highest accreditations within their chosen field.

Proactive network monitoring software allows us to monitor your networks effectively and predict when problems are likely to occur.  We can make this view available to you through a web portal.  This means you can access real time data on your network’s performance at any time.

The core managed service offers full support coverage, including options for coverage of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week or 24x7support, 365 days of the year. An annual contract gives you annual billing at a fixed price and a quarterly call summary that helps with system planning.  If you prefer to pay only for the support you actually use, Managed Services tokens offer an alternative to an annual contract.  Using these you can call for help when you need it, topping up the tokens whenever you like and using them only when problems arise.
