Cisco Infrastructure Audits

Our Cisco Infrastructure Audits enable us to profile you network and uncover any hardware and software inside your networks.  The audit will detect what you have in place and identify gaps between your existing infrastructure provision and current and future network requirements.

To deliver these audits we use Cisco Discovery - a non-intrusive tool that performs read-only tasks on Cisco network devices.  The information can be used as a guide to refreshing infrastructure, incorporating advanced technologies, and reducing your cost of operations.

As part of the audit you will receive an itemised inventory report, detailing the state of devices and software found.  Depending on the scope of the audit, the report will include some or all of the following:

• Details of end-of-life hardware
• Details of devices with insufficient memory
• Cisco OS Software versions – highlighting any with deferral or software advisories and those that are unsupported or insufficient to handle current and future needs.
• Network documentation including recommendations where applicable
• Network baseline to measure performance against
• Possible tuning of existing network to increase performance
• Troubleshooting of existing problems if defined in Statement of Services

Apex Network Security Audit

In addition to our Infrastructure Audits, we can also help you to ensure that your network is as secure as possible with our Network Security Audit.  The audit will include:
